Appointments can be booked 1 day from the current date up to 45 days in advance. Please make sure all information is inputted correctly in order to receive confirmation and reminder texts/emails.


✦ Deposit:
A 25% deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits are refundable/transferrable if appointment(s) are cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours prior.


✦ Payment:
Remaining balance can be paid with cash, debit/credit, tap-to-pay. I appreciate the generosity, but tips will not be accepted.


✦ Address:
Address will be sent to your email titled, "Appointment Reminder," 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please view the email for instructions on locating my suite. Note: I am located downtown Omaha. Consider commute + parking when booking your appointment(s).


✦ Cancellation:
Cancel/reschedule appointment(s) 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the deposit and will require you to reach out to me directly to make this change.


If cancellation occurs 24 hours prior, you will receive a receipt via email for the refund of your deposit. If you do not get an email within 12 hours of canceling, please text me (402)315-7535.


✦  Late arrival:
A 15 minute grace period is given from your scheduled appointment time if you are running late. Please notify me via text (402)315-7535 to avoid being labeled a no-show. Also note that late arrivals will reduce time from your service and you will still be expected to pay the full remainder of your service cost.


✦ No-Show: 
Failure to arrive to your appointment time after 15 minutes from scheduled appointment, with no communication, is considered a no show. This will result in a penalty fee of an additional 25% of the service price and no refund of the deposit. Fee will be charged with the card used to book the appointment. 


✦ Refunds:
I do not offer refunds on services. If you are not pleased with the service, please let me know before you leave your appointment and we can talk about how I can correct it. 



For lash extensions, if you experience excessive fall-out within 3 days after your appointment, I ask you to  inform me within 84 hours from your scheduled appointment to get you in for a corrective fill, free of charge.
